Rino was named vice president of food and beverage for Caesars Palace and, in 1994, became the executive director of marketing for Southern Wine & Spirits.
He is also the founder and chairman of the Las Vegas Business Academy (LVBA), a charitable organization that funds individuals to earn advanced degrees in Las Vegas.
