Lydia Peckham’s Family Owned an Apple Cider Business in Newzealand

Lydia Peckham is a native of New Zealand, belonging to a European ethnic background, and was born around 1995.

She grew up in her home country and is the eldest daughter of her parents, Caroline and the late Alex Peckham.

Her father, a cherished family figure, Alex, passed away at the age of 59 in April 2022 after a battle with a brain tumor.

However, following Alex’s passing, they decided to pass on their legacy of Peckham’s cider to new owners in 2023.

Lydia grew up alongside her siblings, younger brother Oliver and sister Scarlett, in a household that valued entrepreneurship and resilience.

Furthermore, Lydia has been in a loving relationship with William Barber for over a decade, with mutual respect and shared values.

William’s unwavering support has been a cornerstone of their journey together as their love blossomed alongside Lydia’s acting career.

After completing her high school graduation from Nelson College for Girls, Lydia attended New Zealand Drama School.

She gained her bachelor’s degree in Performing Arts from 2014 to 2016, pivotal in developing her successful acting career.

Further, Peckham also received training from the Globe Theatre in London before starting her career.

Similarly, in 2018, she appeared in Hibiscus & Ruthless as a restaurant wait staff, showcasing her versatility.

The following year, in 2019, Lydia played Melinda in Only Cloud Knows, a film that gained her recognition.

Further, her career flourished in 2020 with a short film titled Lottie, where she played the titular role.

In 2021, Lydia’s presence on the screen became more prominent with her appearances in the TV series “Mr. Corman” as a beauty influencer.

Moreover, Lydia’s career took an exciting turn with her involvement in Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes, released in May 2024.
