The most notable piece was an audio recording of Robert Durst confessing to the murders while his microphone was still live during a break in filming. 

In the recording, Durst said, ” Killed them all, ” which was not intended to be part of the interview.

This confession became a key point in the case against Durst and played a role in his eventual arrest.
